Antebellum Greek Revival Home in the Heart of Cary

The Maynard-Stone House is full of so much possibility to those with vision!

Maynard-Stone House

Prior to Move

Built right at the end of the Antebellum period of American history just prior to the commencement of the Civil War, this fabulous home was the main house on the Maynard Plantation, which covered the area around High House Road and what is now known as Davis Drive. It is built in the Greek Revival style with magnificent Doric Columns supporting a grand two story front porch roof.

The home was relocated to it’s current location in 2010 when the Bradford development forced it’s removal from it’s original position.

The Maynard-Stone House will make a grand private residence or with appropriate zoning changes a magnificent wedding venue and/or Bed and Breakfast.
